1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Olin mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Olin is a social platform designed for scarf enthusiasts that provides the following services:

• Community sharing features allowing users to browse and share scarf styling inspiration
• AI-powered virtual try-on functionality to experience different scarf styles
• Chat and messaging features to connect with other fashion lovers
• Personal profile management and content sharing

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Using the App for commercial purposes without authorization

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Olin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content. You agree not to post content that violates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

6. AI Virtual Try-On Feature

The AI virtual try-on feature is provided for entertainment and informational purposes. Results may vary and may not accurately represent how a scarf will appear in person. Olin does not guarantee the accuracy of virtual try-on results and is not responsible for any decisions made based on such results.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Olin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Olin does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Olin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
